NOIR for 7 This is my second GUIC 2012 entry. All I wanned was to create a minimalistic and clean skin that will be pleasing your eyes. A theme that has a kind of Win 7 feel but its own twist at the same time. This is the first I have created png icons to be a match with. Hope you like it. They are simple as the whole theme is but very clean and visible. And I roped Richard Mohler aka Relhom in and he did these very nice gadgets. NOIR is the last skin of mine for the long future more than likely. But I loved being back with you guys again. Thank you. At the January beginning my wife and I expecting a new born.
